Terms & Conditions

  • By accepting this, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions set out by Post Dot Com.

  • Post Dot Com does not engage third-party agents, and all vehicle license renewals are processed directly through Post Dot Com.

  • Post Dot Com is proud to offer its services to vehicles registered nationwide. We are committed to providing seamless and efficient service to all our clients, regardless of location.

  • The user affirms that all information provided is accurate and true, and is submitted with the explicit consent of the registered vehicle owner. Post Dot Com will not be held responsible for any incorrect information provided by the user.

  • A vehicle license disc may remain blocked in the Government's official e-Natis system even if the license fee has been paid, due to the following reasons: Enforcement Order, Other Unlicensed Vehicles, CRW Required, Outstanding Fees, Admin Mark, and Clearance Required. No refund will be issued in these cases, as the annual license fee has been successfully processed in the Government's e-Natis system, regardless of whether a disc was issued.

  • Post Dot Com will make every effort to assist with vehicle license renewals, but our system cannot determine whether a disc will be blocked in advance due to: Enforcement Order, Other Unlicensed Vehicles, CRW Required, Outstanding Fees, Admin Mark, and Clearance Required. Unfortunately, this information can only be confirmed once the renewal has been processed, and Post Dot Com will notify you accordingly.

  • Post Dot Com cannot be held responsible if the re-issuance of your license disc is blocked due to an AARTO Enforcement Order, Other Unlicensed Vehicles, CRW Required, Outstanding Fees, Admin Mark, and Clearance Required. If you are unsure whether you have any outstanding Enforcement Orders, please visit the AARTO website at online.aarto.gov.za.

  • Post Dot Com is not liable for any blocked renewals related to CRW Required and the Roadworthiness of the vehicle if the client submits the renewal request less than two weeks before the expiration of the Roadworthy Certificate. The vehicle license renewal period is 60 days from the issuance of a Roadworthy Certificate. Post Dot Com will not be held responsible if a renewal request is submitted close to the expiration date of the Roadworthy Certificate, and any delays in processing the renewal are caused by this.

  • If a renewal disc was initially blocked, it is the responsibility of Post Dot Com clients to resubmit the affected vehicle records for processing. By doing so, you grant Post Dot Com the legal authority to process the renewal transaction.

  • No refund can be issued once the license renewal has been paid for.

  • The actual vehicle license fee amount may differ from the amount listed on the invoice. If the actual fee, as determined by the License Department, is higher for any reason, you will be required to pay the difference.

  • Post Dot Com automatically calculates your vehicle’s annual license renewal fee based on the vehicle's category, tare, and expiry date provided by the user. If any of this information is incorrect, it will result in an inaccurate amount being generated. The amount shown on your invoice will be based on this calculation. Post Dot Com will not be held responsible for any discrepancies in invoicing if incorrect information was provided by the user.

  • If a reference other than what is stated on the website or in the email is used when making an EFT payment, Post Dot Com and/or its employees are not liable for delays in allocating the payment or for any extension fees that may apply.

  • Each generated invoice is valid only within the month it was issued. Vehicle license renewal rates increase monthly, which may result in a higher fee if the renewal is delayed.

  • If credit is due, Post Dot Com will issue a refund via EFT after 30 working days from receiving the customer’s banking confirmation letter via email.

  • In the event Post Dot Com is unable to assist with a vehicle license renewal, a full refund will be provided to the client, including admin and delivery fees already paid.

  • A delivery fee will be charged per enquiry, regardless of whether you renew one or more vehicles per cart. Ensure that all vehicles to be renewed are added to a single enquiry to avoid paying multiple delivery fees. If multiple vehicles are checked out separately, you will be responsible for paying each delivery fee independently. No refund will be granted if multiple vehicles are renewed separately on the same day.

  • Before requesting additional delivery fees, Post Dot Com will attempt to deliver the parcel to the customer three times.

  • Post Dot Com is not permitted to retain sensitive documentation and must send all documentation directly to the owner as required by the POPI Act. Documentation may only be held in a secure location if Post Dot Com has not been paid in full for services rendered.

  • Accounts must be settled in full before the license disc is released and delivered.
